Recommendations for rooms that need to be re-arranged. Floor plans are included if you want to make these changes yourselves or we will make these changes for you.
Paint samples we recommend will be attached, with the rooms recommended. We use Benjamin Moore paint, however you can take these samples anywhere and get them mixed in the brands you prefer.
If you are renting furniture and / or accessories from Abundant Color, a detailed list of these items used in your home will be included.
- Level 3 -- Staging Vacant Property.
Cost is determined by partial or full staging, the size and quantity of the rooms, and the amount of items rented.
All Level 2 and 3 Clients receive a CD with "Before" and "After" pictures!!
